Mozzarella and Cherry Tomato Stuffed Pasta Bake
Delight your taste buds with this flavorful and fun twist on the classic pasta bake. By stuffing cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls inside pasta shells, you create a burst of delicious flavors in every bite. Ingredients

🍅 1 cup cherry tomatoes
🧀 1 cup small mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
🍝 250g large pasta shells
🥩 1 cup chunky beef marinara sauce
🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🌿 Fresh basil leaves, for garnish


Instructions

1- Prep the Ingredients:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Drain the small mozzarella balls from any liquid.

2- Cook the Pasta Shells:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the pasta shells and cook until al dente according to the package instructions.
  • Drain the pasta shells and let them cool slightly.

3- Stuff the Shells:

  • Gently stuff each pasta shell with a halved cherry tomato and a mozzarella ball.
  • Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish.

4- Assemble the Bake:

  • Pour the chunky beef marinara sauce evenly over the arranged stuffed shells.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.

5- Bake:

  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
