- 🥄 ½ tbsp baking powder
- 🧂 ½ tsp salt
- 🌿 ~1 tbsp sesame seeds for sprinkling on top
Instructions:
Prep the Chickpeas: Drain the chickpeas that were soaked overnight and rinse them thoroughly.
Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, add the soaked chickpeas, sour cream, eggs, olive oil, baking powder, and salt. Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy batter.
Prepare the Pan: Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly across the surface.
