Ingredients:

- 🧄 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 🧅 1 medium-sized onion, roughly chopped
- 🌶️ 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 🍗 200 grams boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
- 🍅 2 small-sized tomatoes, blended into a paste (optional: finely chopped)
- 🌶️ 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- 🌿 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 🌶️ 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 🥕 1/2 cup carrots, cut into small pieces
- 🍋 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 🥢 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 🥦 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 🌶️ 1 large capsicum, chopped
Instructions:
- Heat Oil: In a pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add 1 teaspoon of garlic paste to the hot oil and fry for a few seconds until golden.
- Cook Onion and Chilies: Add the roughly chopped onion and sauté for a few seconds. Add the chopped green chilies.
- Cook Chicken: Introduce the boneless chicken pieces into the pan. Fry until the chicken changes color from pink to white.
