Ingredients:
- 🫒 1 tablespoon oil
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 🌶️ 1 green chilli, chopped
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🍅 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 🌶️ 1 capsicum, chopped
- 🧂 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 🌿 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 🌿 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
- 🌶️ 1/2 tablespoon chili flakes
- 🍃 1/2 tablespoon oregano
- 🟨 1 packet Maggi masala
- 🍝 2 cups boiled macaroni
- 🍅 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 🌿 Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat the Oil: Place a pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and green chilli.
- Sauté Vegetables: Add the chopped onion, tomatoes, and capsicum to the pan. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent and the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Seasoning: Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili flakes, oregano, and Maggi masala. Stir well so that the spices coat the vegetables uniformly.
- Combine with Pasta: Add the boiled macaroni to the pan. Mix everything well to ensure that the macaroni is evenly coated with the vegetable masala.
- Finishing Touches: Stir in the tomato ketchup for a tangy flavor and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
