Cheesy Baked Stuffed Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes and Mozzarella

Ingredients
🍝 12 large pasta shells
🍅 24 cherry tomatoes
🧀 24 small mozzarella balls
🌿 2 tablespoons basil, finely chopped
🥫 2 cups chunky beef marinara sauce
🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🥄 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
🧴 1 tablespoon olive oil
💧 1/2 cup water
Instructions
1- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2- Prepare the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the pasta shells and cook for about 8 minutes, or until al dente.
Drain the pasta and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.
3- Stuff the Pasta:
- Take each cooked pasta shell and stuff it with one cherry tomato and one mozzarella ball. Repeat until all shells are filled.
4- Prepare the Sauce Mix:
- In a small bowl, mix the finely chopped basil with water.
5- Assemble the Dish:
In a baking dish, spread half of the chunky beef marinara sauce evenly.
Arrange the stuffed pasta shells over the sauce.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells and drizzle with the basil water.
Top everything with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
6- Bake:
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melty.
7- Serve:
