Ingredients

🥛 1 cup warm milk

Instructions

1- Prepare the Buttermilk:

  • Start by making your own buttermilk. Combine 1 cup of warm milk with 2 teaspoons of vinegar. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly, forming a homemade buttermilk.

2- Mix the Dry Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, sift together 1 cup of refined flour, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Mix them well to ensure even distribution.

3- Mix the Wet Ingredients:

  • Add the prepared buttermilk to the dry ingredients, along with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence. Use a whisk to gently combine the ingredients until you have a smooth, slightly fluffy batter. Take care not to over-whisk to maintain the pancake fluffiness.
