Ingredients

🍞 2 brioche toasts

🥚 2 eggs

🧈 Butter or oil for cooking


Instructions

1- Prepare the Skillet:

  • Begin by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.

2- Cook the Eggs:

  • Once the skillet is hot, crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Set the eggs aside once cooked.

3- Toast the Bread:

  • In the same skillet, lightly toast the brioche slices until golden brown on each side.
